I REALLY WANT TO KNOW:

In the game of Baseball, of which I have been watching in the mornings lately, do the catchers ( or any of the players, for that matter ) wear boxes? Or something to protect their crotch at all? If not, has there ever been an incident where the catcher has taken it in the nuts???

It just seems rather dangerous to me to squat with your knees apart and have a small hard missile come hurtling toward that general vicinity . . .

Of course, I'm of the British empire where we play REAL sport, like cricket ( and yes, they wear boxes! ) XD

Finally on holidays now, so glorious cosplay and less glorious artwork may find its way to this space soon . . . or not.
